This skirt is a labour of love - it takes a couple of hours to make one start to finish, but the end result is quite stunning! I have designed this in sizes 1 - 7yrs, and can probably go one either side of that. I would love one myself, and might still see if I can work out how to make it work for an adult.There are other ruffle stule skirts coming, as I just love the final affect.
